***Monsoon Monday Roll Call***
Good morning, all!
We're at the beach for a few days. We got here around 6pm yesterday. Turned on the electricity and water---only to discover that the toilet tank is leaking. We got it pretty much stopped by may have to replace a part today. Having the same wild, wet weather as PA. Condo is cozy, though. We may go to Home Depot (for you guessed it---toilet parts!) and WalMart. (Forgot my other sneakers and only have a mesh pair with me. Cold air goes right through them!)

Pam glad you had an easy go of it with the needle, and that you did not have to make an extra stop, it is just plain nasty out.
Lisa hope what's bothering you passes and is not really the "bug".
Today my granddaughter is off from school, so it will be movies and wii, for tomorrow as well, I guess the teachers are having an inservice day or something. So it will also be laundry and straightening up today. I will be left alone with all three kids tonite and tomorrow, while my daughter is at work. (I am sure I will need to be medicated when its over). That's all for me today. Have a good day everyone, stay dry and safe.

Good morning all. Such a lovely day isn't it?? I"m happy that I only have one more day to get through before my surgery tomorrow. Liquid diet has been going great. I'm kind of surprised that I wasn't feeling hungry in between meals.
Anyway, today I'm at work till 5 and then home to dye my hair--boy it really needs it! Then I have to pack for the hospital which should be easy since I won't be staying overnight. Dinner and then early to bed. I don't know what time my surgery is till this afternoon when I call them. I'm a little more nervous than I have been, but I'm sure I'll be fine by tomorrow!!
Lisa--thanks for the photo tip with photobucket. It totally worked as you can see.
Enjoy your day everyone and be safe on the roads if you need to go out. Stay dry as well!!

In case you don't know, there are a couple of support meetings in Phoenixville. First Wed of the month at 7pm, cafeteria at Phoenixville Hospital. Second Tuesday of the month, 6pm, Medical Building II, third floor conference room B. It would be great to meet you in person since you're "right around the corner"!

Thanks for the info Julia! I was told by Nan, I believe was her name, about the Wednesday meetings, but I didn't know about the Tuesday meetings. Are they in the hospital too? And they are for both lap band and RNY patients?? They sound great especially since its closer to me than the ones up in Reading. I"m having my surgery up in Reading, so that's why I was going up there for the meetings. I think it would be neat if we met too! Where around the corner are you??

The Wed meeting is new; they've only met once. It's in Medical Building II, third floor conference room B. If you go behind the hospital, where the parking garage is, you'll see the 2 medical buildings. The next meeting is Feb 9 at 6pm. That meeting is run by a lap bander and has a lot banded people. The Wed meeting is mostly bypassers. That meeting is on Feb 3 at 7pm.
I'm in Phoenixville, so I'm sort of right around the corner from you. I hope you can get to one of the meetings soon!!!

Good morning all - today has started off in the same frenzy as yesterday ended! OY! It is really getting to me!
AT school with Students until noon - they have half a day and we have a OH SO EXCITING professional development thi afternoon, with any luck, some of it might pertain to me! We shall see. After school, I am headed home to tutor for an hour, then I have scheduled pool time. Larry is fine with me not eating dinner with the family so I can start getting back to the swim routine. As of now, I will be swimming three times this week. Maybe that will help me snap out of this funk! After swimming, I have to take Molly to dance class then home after 9PM. Should be rather interesting. At some point, someone will be dropping off 35 more cases of cookies to my house. Hopefully Josh or Larry will handle it!
That is my day - I wi**** would slow down just a little! I am having a hard time enjoying the ride if it never lets up!
