Cinnamon is fine. It's just a spice.  You can also add splenda or sugar free syrups to it to give it flavor.  Greek yogurt tastes more like sour cream if you don't add something to it.

You're fine!!   Keep up the good work

Yea, cinnamon is fine  I would stay away from really spicey things like hot sauce or what not until you are more fully healed.

Greek yogurt suggestions (like Lisa said, it's like sour cream unless you add something to it)
splenda and cinnamon
a few sprinkles of sf jello crystals, any flavor
SF davicini syrup
splenda and defrosted frozen nsa fruit (not sure if this would be allowed on softs...check with your surgeon or save it for later)
a few sprinkles of any flavor crystal lite powder
sf jelly

Also for high protein on softs:
part skim riccotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon (tastes like rice pudding)
park skim ricotta with a little tomato sauce and some mozzarella cheese heated in the microwave (think noodless lasagna)

Ricotta cheese has approximately 7-10gm in a 1/4 cup  Not as high as greek yogurt, but as you can eat up to half a cup in the coming months...it's about 16gm-20gm (again...later out...you are probably only eating about 1/4 cup right now which is fine)

Or, you can puree your favorite soup and add a dollop of the greek yogurt as sour cream which would add protein to the soup....

I sometimes add protein powder to my greek yogurt.  It adds flavor and really ups the protein amount.

I didn't like the Greek yogurt, so I decided to doctor it up.  I add one packet of Sweet 'n Low, fresh blueberries, and sunflower seeds.  It transforms the taste of the yogurt entirely and adds lots of good benefits.  I hope this suggestions helps in the future.
