I have a question? how do you calculate the calories you take in as opposed to the calories you need to burn at the gym.say you take in 1500 calories.how many calories do you need to burn at the gym?
There's some arcane formula that the nutritionist at Barix gave me for it - something like multiplying something by 4 and diving something else by something... I can't find it... But if you call Barix and talk to the NUT they'll tell you...
