sticking to the basics - monday

not sure about my food for the day, depends on how I feel. But, I for one LOVED the chocolate mousse things from jello.. yummo!!!!
This is my plan if I start to feel better
B: mint tea, maybe a protein shake
S: cheese stick and clementine
L: stuffed pepper from Saturday
S: yogurt
D: roast that I need to make today
S: brownie
I am going to try to make those bread things today if I am up to it. They were sooooo good.

Good morning - as I said earlier - crazy frenzy day - so the food is just as crazy!
B - protein shake - no time to make the omelet
S - cashews - It is what I had in my classroom
L - Wawa Salad - I will add some more cashews to get some more protein.
S - not sure - probably a cheese stick or two.
D - again, not sure - there is left-over Chicken and I don't know what Larry is making as I will be swimming during dinner.

I am a little leary about today's food choices, also, I have not been to the market in a few weeks, and I don't know when I am going next. Maybe Wednesday night.
