sticking to the basics - monday

GOod Morning All!

B: oatmeal
S: cheddar cheese
L: chicken and broccoli alfredo
S: chocolate mouse cups (those new ones by Jello - I'll let you know how it is)
D: humm leftover cheeseburger pie unless I can mooch something better off Mom when I stop there :)
S: pudding or yogurt

not sure about my food for the day, depends on how I feel.  But, I for one LOVED the chocolate mousse things from jello.. yummo!!!!

This is my plan if I start to feel better

B: mint tea, maybe a protein shake
S: cheese stick and clementine
L: stuffed pepper from Saturday
S: yogurt
D: roast that I need to make today
S: brownie

I am going to try to make those bread things today if I am up to it.  They were sooooo good.

Good Monday, All,

Here's the plan: lean pork chop with (not yet purchased) veg for dinner; scrambled egg beaters for lunch; protein bars/shakes for other meals/snacks; lots of water.  Also want to start easing green tea into my days, as it's supposed to be good with the Lyme.

Good morning - as I said earlier - crazy frenzy day - so the food is just as crazy!

B - protein shake - no time to make the omelet
S - cashews - It is what I had in my classroom
L - Wawa Salad - I will add some more cashews to get some more protein.
S - not sure - probably a cheese stick or two.
D - again, not sure - there is left-over Chicken and I don't know what Larry is making as I will be swimming during dinner.
S - not sure

I am a little leary about today's food choices, also, I have not been to the market in a few weeks, and I don't know when I am going next.  Maybe Wednesday night.
