Sticking To The Basics- Saturday

Good weekend all!  Today is going to be down time for me, I think...or should I say, hope.  :-)

 

B- Herbalife Shake

S- Mixed Nuts

L- Tuna Salad on whole wheat crackers

S- Oatmeal with apples

D- Grilled steak and steamed asparagus

S- Pure protein bar

 

Water water water and maybe some unsweetened, plain old iced tea

 

Exercise:  I'm headed out for a 30 min walk now and I'll do the Wii Fit later!

We went to a Mexican restaurant for lunch, so the tuna steak is still awaiting us for tonight.  I had grilled chicken with a couple bites of broccoli and cauliflower.  I'm re-focusing on eating the protein first.

Also had a protein drink, 2 protein bars, two cups of tea, and lots of water.  Took my meds/vitamins/supplements.  Have reduced my dairy to just a little in my tea.  Only had a couple sips of diet soda with my pills...lifelong difficulty swallowing pills, esp. with plain water!

Minimal walking left me in severe pain, which sucks...

Thursday morning, I was at 183 lbs; this morning I am at 179 1/2.  It's probably jus****er, but, hey, it's the right direction, and it inspires me!
