Ch Ch Changes....

So as many of you know...I have made some huge changes in my life and faced down some of my fears and demons ---partly because of the confidence of the surgery and my new healthy mentality...and partly because it was time for me to address areas of need in my life....

So here I am emerging a good six months later...starting to feel a little more like myself and less shell shocked..lol  But I have begun to really think and ponder on where I want to go in my life..I am thinking of a big time career change

I want to go back to school for beauty/makeup/hair...I have always loved fashion and beauty and want to start my own business someday and I am very interested in this area....so my question is does anyone have experience or thoughts in this industry or recommendations for schools etc...

I am researching like crazy and have settled on a program of interest in cosmetology/makeup but I am still just looking for any other info or insights from anyone involved in the industry... I want to really take advantage of this second life I have been given...I never want to look back on my life and think "Oh I should have done that....." I dont want to live life with regrets anymore...I just want to live the best life possible

So thank you for listening to me ramble...any insights or advice greatly appreciated...

I don't have any advice of where to go or who to call because I am sooo far from being competent in this area. But what I will say it I THINK IT IS A GREAT IDEA!!!  I love your hair and makeuip always and I would let you do mine LOL.

PS....When are we all gonna go paintballing??? (I know so not girly girl of me but it sounds/looks like so much fun!!!!)

In the spring when it warms up we are going to try again with the paintball day.

Also there will be more ziplining trips as well.

I have to say that it is such a great idea to go back and do something that you've always wanted to do. Good for you!  my older sister went to Cosmetology School and loved and my younger sister who's 21 is still going to school for cosmetology and just loves it. She is doing our hair and makeup and loves doing nails as well. Unfortunately they bth are going to school in NJ, so I don't have any advice on where to go, but the fact is , you're doing what you want to do in life, so make the best of it.!  You'll do just fine!!  I see you are from Pottstown. I used to live there when about 5 years ago.  Anyway, good luck with everything!! You can do it and remember..no regrets!
