Thursday Workout!

Good morning folks!

I'm at my desk, watching the coffee brew and getting ready to start what's going to be a busy day.

Did my weight training again this morning, then planning on hitting Planet Fitness for cardio tonight. I hope Mary can go, she tweaked her knee pretty good last night. :(

Good Morning Norm,
I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks. I hope Mary is feeling better soon. That just plain sucks I know since I battle Rheumatoid Arthritis which prevents me from doing weight training most days.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Walked 2+ miles again this morning at the mall.  I'm glad I finally found something that I enjoy.

Hope Mary starts feeling better soon.

I used to "mall walk" with my dad. I kind of enjoyed that too. There was always a nice crowd of freindly people, plus it was fun to window shop.

I did quite a bit at PF last night. And I am feeling it today, so I am going to just to the treadmill this evening.

Well since it just so happened to be beautiful out today I skipped going to the gym instead I chose to talk nice walk around noon I walk 2 or 3 block in my neighborhood I not only walked but I have 5 lbs weights that I was using I would put my hands about my head I counted to 10 along with arm curls lifting my arms up and down swinging the side to side oh and also would bring then out to the side the bring them in front of me it was nice 30 minute walk workout. I feel good after doing that. I'm looking into getting weight for my angles as well when I got walking. I'm trying to get rid of me back fat my belly and flabby arms. and tone my abs

hoping to get back to gym tonight for Pilates.. would like to get in some treadmill time, too, but not sure if I'll have time for that.

I did over an hour on the treadmill this morning, using hand weights part of the time. Followed that up with 50 crunches. I can remember when I got exhausted just thinking about crunches! Never dreamed I'd be able to do 50 of 'em in one session!!

most of me will be doing karate...my right shoulder however will be sitting out.  Its getting better, but I am doing everything to NOT have to get cortizone shots!
