Sticking to the Basics - Thurs
Morning everyone!
B- 1 egg and 1 cup of homemade lemonade (lemons, water and sweet n' low)
S- Apple Slices
L- Beef and Pepper stir fry (just made it and the house smells so good!)
S- Herbalife shake
D- 3 oz. shrimp and tossed salad with balsamic vinegar
S- SF Jello (I am going to try and eat this...the idea of broth or jello still makes me queasy)
Water water water
Exercise: 30 min walk and Wii Fit Plus Training for an hour!
Ok...hopefully I'll not have a repeat of last night and be satisfied with what I am eating, physically
SF pumpkin/pecan muffin
String Cheese and crackers
Greek yogurt with berries
Ricotta cheese with splenda/cinnamon
Calzone w/ ham and cheese
The only thing I'm not sure of is the ricotta cheese - that may not be enough for me - so I also have a package of chicken soup with me. Unfortunately, due to being in jersey - we don't get an actual break to eat - so all of my meals have to be small and able to be eaten at the desk. I'm also packing some fruit as a back up
