Shauna's Father Passed Away this weekend

For those of you not on facebook - our beloved leader Shauna's father passed away over the weekend. He had suffered for years with Alzheimers.

The family is asking that in lieu of flowers donations be made to  www.curealzfund.org to help find a cure for this horrible disease.

For anyone attending my cooking class / support group this weekend we will have a contribution envelope going and will make a mass donation or please feel free to make one on your own.
