Sticking to the Basics - Tuesday

Thanks for posting yesterday Nan.
B: oatmeal
S: fruit and yogurt
L: leftover chicken and broccoli with roasted garlic alfredo
S: cheddar cheese and a few pretzels
D: beef stir fry and either bulgar wheat or brown rice
S: chocolate cake with fresh strawberries(YUMMY!! IS it snack time yet?? lol)

I am feeling CRAZED today so I really need to plan my food. Tomorrow is my foot surgery and I'm running around trying to get a million things done before then.
So here is my plan:
B: hot chocolate Max Protein
S: cheddar cheese
L: ham & jarlsburg roll-ups
S: ricotta with SF caramel syrup
D: chicken thigh simmered in diced tomatoes & roasted garlic, small salad
S: Greek yogurt with SF maple syrup

Guess everyone took yesterday off from their menu except me and JoJo
Greetings from the girl who has determined in the past hour that I have a very angry GI system...
B- Herbalife Shake
S- 2 oz Cheddar cheese
L- Herbalife Shake
S- 3 saltines with 1 tbsp pimento spread between the three of them
D- Grilled chicken or possibly another shake...I don't know...I feel miserable
S- 1 cup skim milk and 1/4 of a granny smith apple maybe
