Thanks for posting yesterday Nan.

B: oatmeal
S: fruit and yogurt
L: leftover chicken and broccoli with roasted garlic alfredo
S: cheddar cheese and a few pretzels
D: beef stir fry and either bulgar wheat or brown rice
S: chocolate cake with fresh strawberries(YUMMY!! IS it snack time yet?? lol)

Good morning - not posting for three days is not great - so back on track!

B - protein Shake
S - cheese sticks
L - Chili with Mozz Cheese
S - carrots and hummus
D - chicken with Potatoes
S - not sure yet - maybe pudding.

I am feeling CRAZED today so I really need to plan my food.  Tomorrow is my foot surgery and I'm running around trying to get a million things done before then.

So here is my plan:

B: hot chocolate Max Protein
S: cheddar cheese
L: ham & jarlsburg roll-ups
S: ricotta with SF caramel syrup
D: chicken thigh simmered in diced tomatoes & roasted garlic, small salad
S: Greek yogurt with SF maple syrup

B: turkey meatballs I made yesterday
S: orange
L: pork chop made yesterday
S: yogurt w/protein cereal
D: chicken w/ veggies
S: pudding

water water water.. need to cut back on the coffee, even the decaf to see if that helps

Greetings from the girl who has determined in the past hour that I have a very angry GI system...

 

B- Herbalife Shake

S- 2 oz Cheddar cheese

L- Herbalife Shake

S- 3 saltines with 1 tbsp pimento spread between the three of them

D- Grilled chicken or possibly another shake...I don't know...I feel miserable

S- 1 cup skim milk and 1/4 of a granny smith apple maybe
