Ever since my surgery back in April, I had hoped that I could lose 100 pounds by Christmas.  I didn't quite make Christmas, but passed that 100 pound mark this morning!!   I am so excited!  I have a long way to go yet, but feel great to have gotten this far.

For all you recent patients - don't give up.   It will come if you follow the rules and are patient!!  I have had my share of complications and issues, but keep thinking that it is all for a reason.  I am giving myself back years that I might not otherwise have had.

Just had to share my 'YEA' moment !!!

Congratulations on your accomplilshment.  Sometomes when we get close to a goal it goes a little slower than we would like.  I can imagine how much more you are able to do now with 100 lbs off of your body.  What a great WOW moment.  Relish the good feelings and keep up with your progress.  Know that many people on this board are proud of you.

Congrats!!!!

I know I had hoped to lose 100 pounds by my 6 month mark - it happened about 7 months out but exciting none-the-less!!

Congrats again!

Wonderful news!  One thing that I learned along this journey is that it is wonderful to set goals, and then reevaluate as needed!  Congrats and great advise for all those "younger" than you! :)
