Sweetened Condensed Milk With Splenda
I saw a post asking about this. I hope this recipe helps everyone out.
I haven't tried it yet, but it does look interesting
Sweetened Condensed Milk With Splenda
Mix together in your blender:
2-1/4 Cups powdered milk (dry)
1/4 Cup warm water
3/4 Cup granulated sugar (Splenda) 1 tsp vanilla
