****Saturday Roll Call****
Good morning and Happy Saturday to all!!!! It's going to be a beautiful day today!!!!
I haven't posted for a while, keeping busy with work, support groups and gym. Seems like I am always running doing something these days.
I am off to Emmaus today to visit a sick friend who has cancer. She has been doing chemo treatments and has been very sick with each treatment. I sure hope that she pulls through this.
Been a slow month weight loss wise, I have only lost 4 lbs in the last 2 weeks. I am happy to be losing though and can't complain. I have 50 lbs to go to be a skinny minny. Working hard at it. I get amazed when I stop and think about just how much weight I have lost and in such a short period. It seems like yesterday when I was freaking out whether my insurance would be approved...lol My how things have changed. This has truly been an awesome adventure.
I hope everyone has the opportunity to get outside today and enjoy the day!!!

Good Morning Geoff & PA:
Not to much going on for me today. I have two papers and some online things to write for one class then that is the end for these two classes I've been in for the last 6 weeks. On Thursday I begin my LAST two classes that will complete this degree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really excited about the class on Thursday, the Prof teaching the course is a Pastor that is in Gene's doctoral class with him and I love her so I can't wait to have her as a professor....
After I complete these tasks I'm thinking about finally going to Boscov's to return a pair of boots, might call my daughters and see if they want to join me. That would take me over to Jersey if I decide to go that route.
I also have to get some meals prepared for the week. With me not being able to eat meat & fish I have not been cooking a whole lot, Gene has been great improvising and making his meals
Hope everyone is able to do something to enjoy this beautiful day I hear we have in store. I'd prefer if Gene could pull the Harley out of the garage, but he's working on his third and final portion of his dissertation which is due for submission on Monday....

Well, where doI start. I am in a state of denial. I didn't realize how big that state is. And, to know you are in it makes it worse. The further you get out on your journey, the harder it is to get back on track. Wow, Anyway, we are down to one car now and my hubby is not a happy camper. He is driving me nuts. We wasted most of yesterday looking at cars we can't afford. Anyway, I hope today is better. I need to do some serious cleaning. This weather makes everything dirty. I can't believe it's only mid January and I am so ready for Spring.

Yesterday was a busy day at work, no time to post, just popping in to say a quick hello to everyone before I leave for a dentist appointment, the gym and errands, then I have a 12 o'clock conference call for my certification in becoming an Obesity Help Leader.

I am up and ready to start my day filled with running, running, more running and finally some bowling....
I am about to leave to take my middle to Drexel for a City Year kick-off event. I then come home to get Larry and we get to go back to Drexel for the presentation of said kick-off event. I will have a few hours at home this afternoon - with any luck they will be filled with some mindless movie watching and a nap, however, I am guessing that instead it will be filled with bills, straightening and cookie selling....However, tonight Larry and I are having dinner at a very yummy restaurant and then bowling with two other couples. So totally looking forward to that!

Hubby is making my breakfast right now (sweetie). Then I'm off to the gym for a core/lower body class followed by an hour of jazzercise.
This afternoon we may head over to Camp Hill for granddaughter's soccer game. Her team is pretty good and it's an indoor game. We'd then end up taking daughter's crew out for something to eat.
But then again, if we stay home, we may just clean the garage.
So exciting - can you stand it?

morning all... about to head to Rite Aid to buy junior sized tampons for Siehara.. WHAT?!?! There is a pool party that she is going to today at the Jewish Community Center and of course, as luck goes, she has her period. SO, I am going to let her use a tampon ONLY for swimming. If she is brave enough to put it in.. OY.. the fun never ends..
Anyway.. now that you've all gotten TMI from me about my child... after Rite Aid, we will go to synagogue and then I am dropping her off at her friend's house so they can hang together until the swim party. Then I am off to Tanya's to bid her farewell and to celebrate Lola's birthday. It will be bittersweet. I am going to get to see them all, including precious baby Marshall!!!! But, then I know it's probably going to be the last time I see her for a long time.

I got up early to help Paul, who was having one of his headaches. I went out to the couch to curl up with one of the cats and read for a while. Paul is feeling better and is taking his son skiing this afternoon. (Unfortunately, Paul can't ski anymore since his car accident 5 years ago.) I don't think I'm going along with them. I'll probably exercise in a little while, then run some errands.
