We interrupt this board for a whiney post...

So I'm moving right along meeting my goals and objectives.. did really well during the holiday season.. I come back home, go back to work and all heck breaks loose. I'm working late hrs, no time to track eating, exercise or even freakin' breathe.  Now one of two things has happened.. I'm not eating right like I thought I was... or I've hit a stall RIGHT BEFORE ONEDERLAND.

That is all.. we now return you to your regularly schedule posts...

Sandra---I'm going to guess that it's a stall. I stalled just a few pounds before onederland too. I didn't let it frustrate me since I knew it was a stall and that the scale would start moving again. Actually, I think I'm stalled again. Keep following the plan, try to find time to exercise, and you'll be in onederland before you know it. Also, take your measurements---we often see the difference there even when the scale isn't moving. Be patient---it will happen!!!

Yup - it's the dreaded "onederland stall"....   SOOOO many people seem to hit a stall about 3 - 5 pounds before onederland.  With me at least part of it was psychological, I think - part of me needed time to adjust to the thought of that pretty major symbolic goal.  It took a few weeks, and then things started moving again.

Hang in there and be patient with yourself.  Keep doign what you're doing to success... keep you stress level down as much as you can and make sure that you make time for yourself.  Don't let yourself neglect yourself, even if things do get hectic at work - YOU need to come first.

THANK YOU LADIES!!!  Just the encouragement I needed.  Going to make sure even if I get home at like 7pm I go to the gym.  And...make sure that what I'm putting in my measuring cup is pouch worthy.

I love you guys

It's probably a combination of both, dear.

MAKE time to log your eating...I know how hard it is working long hours....I'm in the middle of 5 12 hour shifts in busy er's as we speak and commuting to/from jersey for one of them.  It SUCKS, I hear ya.  But it will help you feel a bit more in control during the chaos, and if it is a stall...you can see where you can change things up.

I stalled right before ONEderland as well. You'll get there!  Promise!!!!
