Good Morning Everyone!
I did my hour on the Elliptical and I am going to be super duper busy this weekend so will be taking 2 rest day BUT I promise to be back on track on Monday. I think I am stressing so much about the numbers on the scale that it just is not moving.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Morning Shilpa....

Remember that the scale is JUST a number and doesn't reflect YOU.   Are you taking your measurements?  are your clothes fitting better?  Are you FEELING better and more energetic?  Is your blood work good?  Those are the better measures of your continued successing...  Don't stress!

I did 10 minute warmup on the elliptical followed by a complete Strive circuit and stretches this morning.

Hi Shilpa and everyone!

I did a little over an hour on the treadmill this morning, using hand weights for part of the time.  Followed that up with some crunches.
