sticking to the basics - thursday
morning Liz..
yesterday I went off my plan, but not in any bad way.. didn't need all snacks; added refried beans to dinner and had NSA ice cream at bed time.
Today:
B: 1 egg w/ string cheese
S: ricotta
L: leftover chicken from last night
S: protein shake after gym
D: tilapia, broccoli
S: starbucks decaf latte

Working so much, not checking in ---- after next week I'm off work for 3 weeks --- 1 week cruise and 2 weeks PS --- trying only to take 2 weeks --- I work from home and can sit in recliner in my binder doing my job --- heck the pain meds may make me more creative :-)
