B: oatmeal and yogurt
S: cheddar cheese
L: ordering out
S: chocolate pudding
D: leftover pork loin probably and some kind of veggie
S: chocolate pudding or a small piece of dark chocolate

yesterday I went off my plan, but not in any bad way.. didn't need all snacks; added refried beans to dinner and had NSA ice cream at bed time.

Today:

B: 1 egg w/ string cheese
S: ricotta
L: leftover chicken from last night
S: protein shake after gym
D: tilapia, broccoli
S: starbucks decaf latte

L - chili - 1/2 cup with 1/4 tsp shredded mozz cheese
S - carrots and hummus
D - leftovers - either salmon, chicken or chili
S - SF cookies

Thursday is my wacky day, but this is what I have had.

L:  Turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich
S:  beef jerky
S:  peanut butter crackers
D:  chicken and wild rice soup, green beans and corn
S:  lite cheese and apple

skim milk in my decaf coffee, lots of decaf hot tea

Working so much, not checking in ---- after next week I'm off work for 3 weeks --- 1 week cruise and 2 weeks PS --- trying only to take 2 weeks --- I work from home and can sit in recliner in my binder doing my job --- heck the pain meds may make me more creative  :-)

B: Inspire Protein Drink
S: DD Coffee & banana (not at same time)
L: grilled chicken tenders and veggies
S: trail mix nut assortment and few raisins/cranberries
D: 1/2 breadless rueben
S: tea
