The breakdown is per serving size, I posted this recipe on Sparkpeople.com, while not MY recipe, got from an online site, I used Sparkpeople so as to be able to break it down for values and to share with others.  Also have some other recipes posted on there for Parmesan crusted chicken (though I've done it with pork as well), a recipe I kind of put together from a dish on the Charlie Brown menu, only mine is baked not fried.   A low fat fettucinni recipe that can be used with a bag of french style string beans for low fat and carbs or the traditional way with noodles, also put my Italian Wedding Soup recipe on there, another low fat tasty dish.  We had WLS, but I still like to enjoy what I eat. . .  there are lots of yummy recipes on Sparkpeople

Thanks Laureen!  I happen to love stuffed cabbage and have made it on occassion....but you guessed it....not for hubby!  And although I didn't mention it in the beginning of the post, I needed something that he would eat so that I could keep it in the fridge over my next hectic days of working for him.....

One of my favorites is a "stroganoff" variation that I have been eating since I was a child. It is super easy.

Ground beef
Equal parts reduced fat cream of Mushroom Soup and French Onion Soup (Vary amount to make really saucy, or just flavored)
Onions (I like Onions)
Peas (I like to use canned baby peas)

Brown the ground beef with the diced onion and drain (I also rinse)
Add the soups and peas and pepper to taste
Bring to boil on stove top, then either serve or allow to simmer until ready to eat.
Can serve over rice or egg noodles for the family-- I eat mine without anything
Sometimes I will garnish with cheese or my husband uses sour cream.
