Wednesday Excercise
Hello all....
I did my C25K training on the treadmill AT the gym, then weight training and then 5 minutes on the elliptical which KILLED me. I definately need to work on that. Feeling good and will probably also do the Wii Fit with my boys tonight since they don't have wrestling practice.
