Good Morning Everyone!
Where is everyone this morning? I did my hour on the elliptical and will be watching what I put in my mouth today. SO what is everyone else doing to move today?

Hour of karate class and probably will jump on my treadmill after that.

Hi Shilpa!

I'm GOING to do 5K training today.  If it is not TOO cold, I'm going to go out on lunch and do it.  If it's too windy, I'll go over to the gym after work.  

I think I want to do some ab and upper body work, too.

I'm going to the gym shortly for weights and swimming.  I'm making it priority #1 before I do anything else.

Hello all....

I did my C25K training on the treadmill AT the gym, then weight training and then 5 minutes on the elliptical which KILLED me. I definately need to work on that. Feeling good and will probably also do the Wii Fit with my boys tonight since they don't have wrestling practice.
