Tuesday Workouts

I'll be off to the work gym here in a littel bit for an hour of cardio.

I'm a bit stiff and sore this morning. I hadn't done any strength training for almot a month, and instead of easing my way back into it, I went all MEGA-POWER ASSHOLE and tried (and failed) to do my full workout with the heaviest weights I had been working out with.

So I'm hitting the protein, and going to try again tonight ot tomorrow and bumping the weight down a bit.

I too am stiff from weight training. But only because I never do it and was jumping in there.

Either the treadmill or I will go to that gym I joined but never seen to get too.

It's Tuesday, so it's a Zumba day.  I have to enjoy it while I still can.  I'm feeling a crazy need to work out as much as possible before my toe surgery next week.  It's really not possible to gain all my weight back in 10 days, I know, but I just HATE the thought of not being able to exercise.  At this point, I'm just hoping that the painkillers make me not care about it for a few days.  :-(

I'm going to a step and sculpt class today. My daughter was sent home sick from school yesterday so the only work out I got was cleaning the crap out of my house since my 4 year old was at daycare.
