WEll mine should be "Avoiding the basics today" because my menu is terrible... I should have planned better but it is what it is now!

B: egg sandwich
S: yogurt and fruit
L: a little bit of pasta with chicken and broccoli
S: cheddar cheese
D: pork loin and green beans
S: chocolate pudding

So read my roll call and I'll explain the horrible eating

Liz.. it doesn't look that bad.. consider what it could be if you didn't bring anything at all with you.

I don't know what to do.. I can't break this dang stall

B: protein shake
S: yogurt---   btw, figured out the confusion with the yogurt.  DUH ME.. I was looking at the bigger containers, not the little 60 cal ones.. bought the right ones last night! Glad I didn't waste money on the others
L: soup
S: protein shake after gym
D: chicken w/ veg
S: pudding

Okay Liz I am going to post what I put in my mouth because my eating has been out of control. HELP..

B: cheerios, half banana and milk w/any whey powder.
S: The other half banana
L:egg salad on whole wheat arnold's thins
S:yogury w/scoop of any whey powder
D: Not sure yet but something healthy


I am doing well so far let's see what happens as the day progresses.

Here's today's plan:

B: hot chocolate Max Protein
S: string cheese & half a honeybell orange
L: Not sure. Didn't have anything to pack so I'm going to go to Whole Foods and get something from the hot bar. Probably 3 oz of meat & some vegetables.
S: hardboiled egg with hummus
D: Ricotta-spinach pie with marinara
S: hardboiled egg

Morning!  My eating was also out of control for a while....getting back on track!

B:  protein shake, English muffin
S:  beef jerky
L:  tofu, chicken and veggie curry/coconut concoction, roasted veggies
S:  apple and yogurt with chia seeds
D:  homemade low fat tuna cassarole
S:  nsa fudge pop

Lots of water and decaf coffee

Hi all. I left my VERY healthy lunch at home! Grrrrrr, but here it goes.

B: Scrambled eggs

S: nothing....jus****er

L: 3 buffalo Chicken strips

S: String cheese

D: BBQ Chicken on the grill & steamed broccoli

S: Popcorn

I had a binge last night... couldn't stop myself... argh.  Was all "legal" stuff but too much of it.  I know what's going on in my brain - now to just short-circuit it.

Anyway... today is:

B:  Matrix shake with strawberries and banana
S:  Activia yogurt with fresh pineapple
L:  Homemade chicken salad (yogurt, cashews, grapes)
S:  Clementine and string cheese
D:  Homemade turkey chili with greek yogurt
S:  Yogurt pie, if anything

E:  ZUmba tonight
