January Cooking class / support group

So gang! I think that I posted this but now I can't remember (AND i can't find it again... oops!)

SAT JAN 23rd! is our day!

I'm thinking WLS friendly comfort class! I am off to work on recipe ideas, if anyone has any suggestions / requests let me know asap!!

WE do ask for a small donation to help offset costs - there is a glass jar on the counter - no pressure! :)

As far as I know, Paul and I will be there.  I've been trying to come up with ideas of something to bring.  Maybe something from eggface's blog, like protein fudge.

she's been trying to find some gnome things that she swears she saw on 611 somewhere.. She'll probably run into someone's house because she'll be paying too much attention to their lawn ornaments.. LOL!
