Good morning everybody!

I'm sipping coffee, and getting ready to head out the door to the gym. I'll be splitting my hour between the two ellipticals, as I have all week.

Looking forward to getting over to Planet Fitness next week, now that Mary is coming back online after an entire week of being really, really sick.

Chime in folks... what are you doing today?

I am hoping to check out Planet Fitness and do some exercising if time allows when I go to sign up.

Otherwise, it will be treadmill at home and PF tomorrow morning.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Good Morning Norm and PA!

Going to the gym at 8 to ride the bike 26.2 and will probably do The Shred sometime today also.  Knee and hip have been almost pain free for 2 days now.  Woohhhoooo!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I may do one of my recorded workouts, or I may take the day off.  I've worked out every day since Sunday.  I know my legs need a break.

Maybe I'll just do some ab work.. you can never do too much ab work!

I am hitting my treadmill hard tonight.  I need to work up a good sweat.  I have dropped 6 of the extra pounds I have put on since September, so I am very happy about that.  Of course, I peed non stop for 24 hours, so my body was letting go of a lot of water I must have been holding on to.  Yesterday I exceeded my goal of 8000 steps, exercised twice and burned more calories yesterday than any other day this week.  All good stuff.

Good Morning Norm,
I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be doing light weight at night. That will be it for me today.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Spent an hour at the gym this morning - about 12 mins on the treadmill at a fast pace and decent incline to warm up, then a full Strive circuit, followed by stretching.  The body feels "yummy" afterward!

Taking a day off for good behavior. . .  well I will take Ms. Roxie for a brisk walk this evening. .  . .

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

Already went to Zumba and Body Pump this morning. I feel great!

I'm trying to get in as much cardio as possible before 1/20 when I have my foot surgery done and can't exercise for a week.  I keep worrying that one week of no exercise will make me gain all my weight back (yes, because it's possible to gain 180lbs in one week) but I am doing my best to get over that irrational fear.  Ugh.
