Back to Basics- Saturday
I hope Liz and baby are getting some much deserved sleeping in!! :-)
I didn't see this thread yet today, so I am going to start it because I think it really helps us all stay on track.
B- Steel cut oatmeal with SF maple syrup, granny smith apple, and a 1/4 tsp of brown sugar
S- Cheddar cheese
L- Leftover chicken sliders with no roll and steamed peas
S- Herbalife protein shake
D- Leftover chicken rosa and tossed salad
S- Mixed nuts
Exercise- Wii Fit and 30 minutes of cardio On Demand.

I don't usually post on weekends because it is hard for me to plan ahead - it all depends on what hubby wants for meals.

S: yogurt
L: taco salad! yum!
S: cheddar cheese and apple
D: either veal parm or steak
S: pudding of some sort, it's what the baby wants :)
