I hope Liz and baby are getting some much deserved sleeping in!!  :-)

I didn't see this thread yet today, so I am going to start it because I think it really helps us all stay on track.

 

B-  Steel cut oatmeal with SF maple syrup, granny smith apple, and a 1/4 tsp of brown sugar

S- Cheddar cheese

L- Leftover chicken sliders with no roll and steamed peas

S- Herbalife protein shake

D-  Leftover chicken rosa and tossed salad

S- Mixed nuts

 

Exercise- Wii Fit and 30 minutes of cardio On Demand.

Today and tomorrow might be tough --- two parties (I thought the holidays were over!!!)

B-  Inspire Protein drink
S-  Coffee
L-  cottage cheese
S-  dried edamame
D-  protein/veggies at party
S-  one glass of red wine

I don't usually post on weekends because it is hard for me to plan ahead - it all depends on what hubby wants for meals.

B: 1 frozen toaster waffle with SF syrup
S: yogurt
L: taco salad! yum!
S: cheddar cheese and apple
D: either veal parm or steak
S: pudding of some sort, it's what the baby wants :)

OMG!!!!! I just don't know....HELP!!!!!  Not good that I do NOT have a plan today!  UGH!  

B - protein shake

That is all I know...Ok - this is going ot be  problem.
