Vitamin question

Okay, so I have about a week's supply left of my multi vitamin and will need to get more.  I currently have Walmart's version of Centrum.  It is a pretty big pill and I've had no problems with it.  Some people have mentioned that the pill is too big and I may not be absorbing it properly.  So, I am willing to try something different.   My labs were okay last time, but I'm sure they could always be better.

What do you use for your multi? How often?

Thanks!

Walmart has a pill that is labeled "easily digestible" that's the one I was taking. I now take their version of the prenatal with teh same statement. I have also take centrum chewables.

Oh and I was taking 2 of the multi's but I was absorbing them "too well" so I cut back to 1

The Barix nutritionists recommend chewable Centrum, and I have stuck with that. I'm afraid to try the huge pills, even cut in half. I take 2 chewables per day.

I also take the Centrum Chewables and my list set of labs after surgery were good.  So I'm sticking with them until something changes

They are the orange ones, right? I didn't like them right after surgery.  Maybe they would be better now.

Yep... they are the orange ones.  I didn't have a problem tolerating them at all..  but then again I haven't had many problems tolerating anything... except sugar and fats..

Good Luck.

Centrum regular chewables are orange.  Their Centrum SENIOR chewables are berry.

Right after surgery i didn't like the orange ones, but now they're fine.  I figure, they're "medicine" - I'm not taking them for the taste.  Haha.

I was told on Wednesday that I could take any multi-vitamin now.  I don't have to stick with the chewables.  Next time I'm buying the ones you swallow; she also said that Bariatric Advantage has no iron and I need to be taking something either with iron, or a iron supplement.  My b-complex's are huge, they went down no problem.

Generally speaking I am a centrum chewables person myself.  It certainly doesn't taste like a creamscicle....but it's more than tolerable.

The last time I ran out, though, they didn't have the chewables so I got the regular one.   The pill isn't to big....
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Is it a chewable?  If so, shouldn't matter what size the pill is...

Anyway, I take Centrum chewables. 2 per day and I take them both in the morning.
