Definately call the doc. Whether it be something simple or not, it just doesn't sound normal and shoul be checked in to.

on a positive note, I'm terrified to eat anything so maybe now I'll loose the last 10 peksy pounds that won't leave my ass.

Mel-I hope everything is alright. I get like that a lot but it's gas and goes away after a lot of letting loose...lol.
