Sticking to the basics - Thurs
Good Morning All!!
I am not feeling great today so it will be an eat what sits day. Here is the plan though
B: oatmeal
S: cheddar cheese
L: ordering out - soup probably
S: protein bar, banana or more oatmeal
D: something with ground beef - maybe bacon cheeseburgers (thanks PAM!) with broccoli and cauliflower or cucumer salad
S: been falling asleep before this at night - I'll try to have a yogurt today

so I've been doing really well with sticking to the pouch test. I am very proud of myself. For dinner tonight, though, I did not have time to have the salmon. I had a protein shake instead.
I have felt very satisfied and not hungry much at all... I was a bit hungry at lunch time, but not famished. I was still able to actually chew the tuna and not just let it slide on down.
Glad I dedicated myself to this .. this time around!

I am going one meal at a time today... my band was so tight last night nothing would go down! ggrrr

Yesterday was bad. :-( I don't know what I ate, but I had "lack of gall bladder" issues all day and felt awful. I don't even want to go there.
But today will be good!
B- Poached egg
S- 1 String cheese and a handful of nuts
L- Grilled Chicken Stir Fry
S- SF pudding
D- Peasant Pasta (I'll post the recipe in another thread)
S- Herbalife Shake
Exercise- Steam cleaning my carpets, including the stairs, plus Wii Fit for an hour!
I am mixing things up to jumpstart my stall and lo and behold, it works!!!! I've lost 4 pounds since Monday!
