Wednesday Exercise Thread!

In a few minutes I'll be hauling off to the work gym for an hour on the elliptical and my hour with Matt, Meredity, Al, and Ann.

That will most likely be it for the day for me!

How about you guys?

After work I am heading to the gym to ride 26.2 on the bike like the did on the BL last night.  *IF* my knee can hold out.

I wonder how many miles I put in during a one hour spin class.  The bikes don't have any electronics to measure it.

Ok...I've been a lump lately and haven't had any real form of exercise.  I will be getting back into some sort of exercise routine.  Today I plan to do one of my tapes at home - I'm thinking the yoga one
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Good Morning Norm!
Sounds like my day again! I did an hour on the elliptical this morning with Matt, Meredith, Al and Ann to keep me company. I am now sitting at my desk with fresh brewed coffee. I hit Planet Fitness last night just to see how many new recruits they got. It was a mob in there! I think I will do my elliptical at home for at least another 2 weeks so that I don't have to wait for the cardio machines.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Good Morning Everyone.

 I have not exercised in over a week and I am feeling it!! I have had the flu and now I am home with pneumonia, been in bed for over a week. The only exercise I have gotten is flopping from bed to couch.

Breathing still really hurts for me so I am guessing it will be another week before I even attempt to exercise. It's a bummer but I know I need to give my body the rest it needs.

I did 10 miles on the bike in 45 mins. Was thinking on doing the 26.2 miles (well, two of them had to do it so it was 13.1 miles each) but my toes were starting to get numb. Still working out the hip joint so that is all that matter.

5'9 and a size 6...I love my tool.
