Oh Heather I know exactly how you feel. I will be keeping you and your furry kids in my prayers. Hoping for nothing but the best results. So glad you thought to have the vet check that sore.

I totally empathize with your pain and fear.  I had to put my first dog down when she broke her leg, only because there was a tumor in the bone, which I had no clue of till she broke it.  I cry, even now, when I think about her.  The vet was kind enough to allow me to be there, petting her, all the way.  She was ten, and was the gentlest mutt a human could find.

I adore my Utley, and can't imagine having to go through that again right now.  I admire your courage, as I admired Laureen's, when she was nursing Dillinger.

Be strong, and hang in there.  I heard a saying once that went something like this, "The will of God will never lead you, where the grace of God cannot keep you."

Hugs,
Trish

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen
