My name is Richie. I live in the Poconos. This Saturday is my 3 Year Surgervary. I have lost a total of 215 lbs . I was introducted to the board her by Lisa. Just want to say HELLO .

Poconos - huh? You're probably about 30 minutes from the Easton area, then? My uncle lives in Stroudsburg...and I know he's about 30 minutes from me here in Easton. Anyway - if so - Liz (who you'll get to know on this board if you are here frequently) hosts a "cooking class support group" at her house once a month. We meet to support each other, and create healthy recipies, some new, some based on "old favorites" This months is 1/23 They begin at noon and run till whenever...although the cooking part is generally done by 3 or 4 and people leaving about 4 or 5.
Anyway...I'm Pam...Just over 24 mos out. Originally a "jersey girl" who had surgery at Barix in Langhorne and then my husband and I relocated to Easton last November.
Glad to be getting to know a new member!
