ok.. I know I've questioned this before.. yogurt.. I was looking at labels yesterday trying to buy something other than greek yogurt.  For example the yoplait yoplus lite has 9g of sugar.  I know some of it is natural sugar, but I looked at the ingredients on their website and the second ingredient is sugar.  That seemed typical of most of the yogurts I looked at.  They had more than 5g and sugar or fructose was one of the first 5 ingredients.

Does this work out ok for people who cannot tolerate sugar?  I don't know if I can or not.  I've been ok with things less than 5, but am not sure about anything over 5.. haven't tried.

I think Dannon Lite and Fit is NSA.  Or at least it was the last time I looked.  I only eat greek yogurt now.....so I haven't looked in awhile.  I'm running to the store in a few so I'll try to remember to take a look

Lisa - I don't know about that.  I can tolerate everything because of the difference in surgeries.  Hope someone will be able to answer your question.  I am not a fan of Greek yogurt... just don't like the consistency.

I'm not really a big fan of Greek Yogurt either, but if I add SF jelly and splenda to it, I can tolerate it.
