I'm at my desk, pot of coffee brewing, fresh off of 60 minutes of cardio on the elliptical this morning.

What are we mimicking each other? I have fresh brewed coffee at my desk and just did 60 minutes of cardio on my elliptical this morning. I am feeling a little tired so that will be it for me today.

trying out a new prenatal yoga DVD tonight. It is 35 minutes and claims to be a good work out - I figure it is as good a starting point as any!

You go girl! I am so proud of you almost 5 months pregnant and doing prenatal Yoga. It will make you stronger when you are ready to give birth trust me:)

Thanks Shilpa - that's what I am hoping! I figure this is something that is easy on the back and joints (having horrible back issues with alignment )

Morning Norm!

Did a 35 minute, 2.5 mile at 5 - 7 incline this morning, which was a push for me.  My butt muscles started cramping toward the end so I cut it a little shorter than I had planned, but the workout felt good.  Followed up with pushups and stretching.

Have a wonderful day - and enjoy your coffee!  I've go****er on to boil for my cinnamon orange rooibus tea!
