D- Protein shake / maybe a chai latte as well we will see

B:  Egg beaters with smoked pork chop and fat free american cheese
S:  Activia yogurt
L:  Pulled pork with apples and onions (leftovers)
S:  Clementine and babybel
D:  Tilapia and steamed broccoli
S:  Sugar free pudding and cool whip light with banana

E:  Treadmill

Seymour the Pouch is having a bad day and everything I look at makes him recoil in disgust. Weird.  So here's the plan, but I'm not sure what I'll actually be able to eat.  Thus far, I've just had my morning protein shake, and the cheese I brought for a snack looks really gross to me so I don't know if I'll eat it.

B: hot chocolate Max Protein
S: Trader Joe's frying cheese
L: chili with a little cheddar
S: hardboiled egg with hummus
D: pork tenderloin
S: either Greek yogurt or ricotta or another protein shake

B:  buffalo chicken salad (same as yesterday's lunch)
S:  won't need one
L:  homemade veggie beef soup
S:  two clementines on the way to the gym
D:  more veggie beef soup

all my vitamins and lots of water

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I woke up in the middle of the night last night with an intestinal/stomach thingy . . .   feel horrible.

B: slept thru
S: slept thru
L: managed to drink protein drink ---- took a long time
S: tried some fiber one yogurt - ate about 1/2 that teeny tiny container
D: broth from homemade turkey soup
S: may make another warm protein drink

The good news is that when I got on the scale after one of the many trips to the loo, I had lost 2 more lbs . . .

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!
