Sticking to the Basics - Tues

Good MOrning All!

Here's my plan - I was REALLY impressed with the turnout here yesterday! Let's keep it up!!

B: oatmeal
S: cheddar cheese and a few pretzels
L: cream of broccoli soup (VERY low fat, home made - I'll post the recipe soon)
S: banana and a few hershey kisses - why you ask, to make the baby MOVE for the ultrasound today! lol 
D: cheeseburger, no roll and corn
S: apple crisp

okay, so I'm still frustrated and am afraid of my cravings that I am still having.. I think I need to really test my pouch and willpower so I'm going  5 day pouch test.  Should have started yesterday.

B: protein coffee
L: broth
D: protein shake

Snacks will probably be pudding. I'm not sure what else I have here that I can do.

Liquid and Protein powders.....does it get any more basic than this?

Morning Liz!!

I am grateful you started this again.  It is helping me stay focused on the master goal..which is 40 more pounds off to hit my personal goal!

 

B- Herbalife Chocolate Protein Shake (18 g protein)

S- Handful of cashews (6 g protein) and 1 cup milk (8 g protein)

L- 1 cup of Fresh Market's Lentil Soup (17 g protein)

S- 1/2 navel orange or 8 oz Fresh market tangerine juice (no protein but YUM)

D- 3 oz. Baked chicken, steamed zucchini, and tossed salad (20 g protein)

S- Peanut Butter on 1 piece of apple (8 g protein)

 

Exercise-  I think I am going to find some cardio today On Demand, along with doing my Wii Fit.

I don't have it all figured out for today, but here it goes.  I also don't know what time we are leaving for jersey....which will also play a part of what I eat when

B:  Egg and cheese
S:  Roasted Red Pepper Soup
L:  Chicken and dumplings
S:  String cheese
D:  At my parents...I think chicken parm....no pasta for me
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Ok - going to try to stick to it again: 

B-banana
s- Protein shake
L-chili with cheese
S-carrots and hummus
D - up in the air - I have to see what I have at home that I can take with me to synagogue.  Maybe I'll pick up a salad at WAWA and add cashews to it.

This is my plan and I AM STICKING TO IT! :)

Liz, I had to have NST's 2x's per week. My doc always had 2 kisses waiting on the machine for me when I got there. LOL.

D: BS Thighs simmered in diced tomatoes & peppers/ Parm roasted Cauliflower
