Monday Exercise!!!

I'm starting this post because I've already done some work for the day!!

I just completed a Gilad workout that I recorded from FitTV.  Today's was abs,thighs,butt, shoulders and arms.. they are only about 20 mins or so once you get past the commercials, but they are good workouts. I didn't realize how sore my abs were from yesterday until I started doing his ab workout.. PHEW!!!

Tonight, I will go to the gym and do 5K training and Spin class

What are you doing to move today?!

It was good seeing you on Saturday! I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be watching what I put in my mouth today. Hope you have a good workout tonight!

What? Me? Posting in the exercise thread? That's right............ha ha ha.

I have been doing light exercise but not consistently. Johnny & his brother set up my Mini gym over the weekend, so it's much easier for me to get moving!

Today.....

5K training on the treadmill and some weight training for the arms.

Then 30 minutes of the Wii fit. It's not the "best" exercise but I have so much fun doing it and it keeps me moving!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Today is Body Pump, then Zumba. Hopefully all that exercise will keep me warm on this freezing day!

60 minutes on the elliptical, and I'm done for the day!

Mary and I got memeberships for Planet Fitness and will be working out together a few times a week too! (Not tonight though because she's super sick at the moment)

I went to the gym this morning and spent 45 minutes doing a cardio workout, it's a step back towards where I want to be, as I got off course for a couple of months, so while I lay on the bed petting Roxie this morning at 5:15 I could not come up with one legitimate excuse not to get my butt to the gym and for me, being a morning person, it's best if I go before work, because I can just make too many excuses to drive straight home. . .

Tonight I will get out my bands and see how they work and try working with them as a strength training tool.

Got up this am at 5 to go to the gym realized that I need to actually make sure my gym is open this early so I will go after work and my goal is to do the first day of the couch to 5 k work out
