Pretty much just a recovery day for me after running 10 miles yesterday.  I did take a short 3 mile walk this morning to the corner gas station to get the newspaper and coffee and to get the blood flowings.  That's okay, I have a feeling my blood will really be going later watching the Eagles/Cowboys game.

Not that it is any type of FORMAL exercise but I have spent the morning cleaning out closets, climbing up and down on chairs to do so (hey - 5'3" on a good day only gets you so far!), pulling out heavy linen blah blah blah.  Couple that with walking around in my "hooker boots" for about 10 hours yesterday while hosting the party and then cleaning the house - my legs want to know WTF is going on!  Be lugging my new queen size comforter and bed set to the laundromat in a little bit so I can use a machine big enough to fit it properly.
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
