What are your goals for 2010??
My goals for 2010, which is going to be an absolutely AWESOME year:
1. Exercise on a consistent basis.
2. Concentration on hitting our daughter's tuition balance hard.
3. Concentration on my piano lessons since there are so many beautiful songs I want to learn to play.
4. Enjoy life and have fun doing it.
Happy New Year!
Great post Liz,
My new year goals are:
*To enjoy life to it's fullest and to be more in touch with the good lord.
*Be kind to myself and put myself first even when I feel the guilt coming on.
*To continue striving towards losing the last few pounds that I have hanging on.
*To continue my exercise routine and to accelerate enough that I have Linda Hamilton arms
by summertime!
Happy New Year to you and Chris too!

My goals for 2010 are:
* To continue to stick with my nutritional & vitamin routines.
* To continue getting 60 minutes of cardio every day (with some time off when I have my foot surgery)
* To participate in the Danskin women's triathlon in September
* See my appeal for the panniculectomy through and hopefully win my case!
* Put continued effort into meeting someone
* Keep myself and my needs as a top priority. This has worked for me so far, so why not make it a goal again? ;-)
A very happy New Year to all!

Great thread, Liz! My goals are to re-commit to my exercise routine; to hit goal before my 1st surgiversary; to continue to enjoy the "new me" and all the things I'm able to do now; to start cooking more so we can eat healthier. I'm sure I have other goals, but these are the things that come to mind. Happy 2010 everyone!!!
Julia
Thank you for posting this thread, Liz!
My goals are:
* To remain on track and abstinent with food
* To continue exercising and to increase the number of days per week to 6
* To be forgiving of myself and others
* To be more budget-conscious in a long-term way
* To remind myself every day of the many things I have to be thankful for
* To continue my involvement in the WLS support community that has become so important to me
* To reach my goal weight prior to my surgiversary
* To go to my 30th high school reunion in the fall and dance the night away
* To budget my time better so that I'm not constantly having to choose bewteen competing and important priorities in my life
On another track

* To make our master bathroom remodeling happen (monetarily and physically)
