Wednesday Excercise
30 minute express workout at the gym, followed by chest and neck free weights. Cap it off with never ending work on my abs. Today's an outdoor running day, will do the Downingtown 5K course twice, essentially giving me a 6.2 mile run. It's cold outside, but I actually enjoy running in this weather. Time is not important at this time of year.

couch to 5K.. I found the info on coolrunning.com. It is endurance training to get you to be able to run a 5K. They even have podcasts so you know when to switch from running to walking. I go outside when it's not cold, on a treadmill on cold or wet days.
