Wednesday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone!
I did only 45 minutes on the Elliptical this morning as I had to be at work at 7:30 and will be doing weights tonight. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

30 minute express workout at the gym, followed by chest and neck free weights.  Cap it off with never ending work on my abs.  Today's an outdoor running day, will do the Downingtown 5K course twice, essentially giving me a 6.2 mile run.  It's cold outside, but I actually enjoy running in this weather.  Time is not important at this time of year.

C25K training.. gotta get back into it.. I haven't done it since last week and only once then.. going to do week 4 again just to be sure I am good.  Also need to get some strength training in.

lisa what is the c25k training.  I want to start running but not sure what to wear outside on cold days like this.  My 7 yo daughter likes to run also.  Can anyone help me out on this?

couch to 5K.. I found the info on coolrunning.com.  It is endurance training to get you to be able to run a 5K.  They even have podcasts so you know when to switch from running to walking.  I go outside when it's not cold, on a treadmill on cold or wet days.

I have Karate tonight.  Monday night I had one on one time since I was the only one to show up for class.  Tonight, we will have 2 at most, since everyone is still away for the holidays.  I will also jump on my new treadmill.  I love having that in the house :)
