January Cooking Class!!

I am sooooo sure you did not mean the 23rd.  Toooooo many things on the 23rd.  I have a previous thing I have to do on that day.  (even had to ditch another invite for someone else).  :-(

looks like I am going to be a busy girl that day.. cooking in the afternoon and slumbering in the evening.. as long as I can get a sitter for the evening.

I think we can actually make this one!!!  I hope it works out because I'd love to meet people. (Ryan just said he'd go with.... I'm going to hold him to it!)  Surgery is on the 5th, so if my calculations are right, I should be able to do pureed by then.  I got a ton of new kitchen equipment for Christmas and have no idea how to use half of it - so if you need me to bring anything like that, just let me know.

Is there anything from the pureed stage that you all are craving??? HA!  If there is a recipe that I can bring stuff for that someone can think of, just let me know.  I'm far too new to go at this one alone!

Paul could come along and give Ryan an SO's perspective. At the very least, I'm looking forward to meeting you and Ryan at the Jan. cooking class!! (As far as I know right now, we'll be there.)

Unfortunately, (or fortunately for me), I leave on a cruise vacation on 1/22 so won't make it this time either.  boo hoo.

It hits a kids weekend again for me. Plus classes start the week before, so have a great time.
