A year has come and gone... and "Thank yous" are in order
12/26/09 was my one year anniversary of the day my life changed forever. I was 298 the day I went into surgery and today am 172. I feel like a new person physically, emotionally and mentally.
The other changes in my life are too many to write but all have been blessings in one way or another.
I promised myself I would be healthy before my 40th birthday---- I will be 38 in March so I am well on my way to keeping my promise to myself.
I simply want to thank everyone on the PA board who has helped me make it through to this point and will continue to help me make it for years to come. You truly are inspirational whether you realize it or not.
I feel a sense of community which makes me incredibly happy that I googled to find help and found SO much more with this board.
Many blessings to everyone today and in the New Year!
Sincerely,
Chanel

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
