ok so I sucked at getting in my protein and my vitamins!!! I tried so hard to make the goals but it seemed like everywhere I went either I couldn't get to them (even if they were on me) or I could not make the time for them. I don't know how I'm going to manage that going forward.
The food part, as far as what I put in my mouth. all good choices!! woohoo. no breads or sugar. meats and veggies only. Not even SF stuff. (think all the traveling helped with that.)
WOW's. So many wows. fit in airplane seat (with room to spare). Met up with old friends who were 'amazed'. ran almost 5 minutes on treadmil. (without dying). Had more energy than I knew what to do with. Sat in a movie theater seat with room to spare.

As to the vitamins - I know it's tough. I find that weekends are the hardest time for me to get them in. My working days, it's easy - they fit into the routine. I've found that having my baggies of vitamins in my purse makes it easier to "fit in" at some point - just chew a calcium or whatever while waiting in a line, for example... But it HAS to be a priority for us.
