Sticking to the Basics - Tuesday
pretty good.. yesterday I went off of it a bit because I didn't get a chance to make the meatloaf. BUT, we went to Friendly's. I ordered a burger and was only able to eat 1/2 of it without the bread, plus a bit of coleslaw. I meant to get back on and update that, but of course I didn't. I'm still having some issues at night with wanting to eat. But, I am trying to just drink.

i like having things like veggies already cut up and fruit ready to eat for those evening snack cravings. I make ranch dip with greek yogurt so that and some celery sticks or baby carrots usually does it for me. I keep them in individual "snack size" baggies or bowls so I can't indulge (actually I do this with a lot of things - cheese, nuts etc).

Ok, been slightly off-track. Threw out the end of the pies that had been calling my name and winning over the past few days, so today is truely back to basics.
