L: steak and mozz salad

D: something with leftover prime rib and veggies
S: pudding

B: ricotta w/banana pudding mix and Kay's natural protein cereal
S: coco pop w/ pb
L: veggie chili-never ate it yesterday
S: protein shake
D: out somewhere.. probably some kind of baked or broiled fish w/ veggie
S: pudding

pretty good.. yesterday I went off of it a bit because I didn't get a chance to make the meatloaf.  BUT, we went to Friendly's.  I ordered a burger and was only able to eat 1/2 of it without the bread, plus a bit of coleslaw.  I meant to get back on and update that, but of course I didn't.  I'm still having some issues at night with wanting to eat.  But, I am trying to just drink.

Thanks for checking on me.  I need it!

No problem! That's why we are here - to keep eachother accountable!

i like having things like veggies already cut up and fruit ready to eat for those evening snack cravings. I make ranch dip with greek yogurt so that and some celery sticks or baby carrots usually does it for me. I keep them in individual "snack size" baggies or bowls so I can't indulge (actually I do this with a lot of things - cheese, nuts etc).

we went to Zoup for dinner and I had their chicken fajita soup.. YUMMY!!!! 

afternoon snack was the pudding and at night, I had 3 protein cookies that I made.

Ok, been slightly off-track.  Threw out the end of the pies that had been calling my name and winning over the past few days, so today is truely back to basics.

B: Body Fortress Chocolate warm drink
S: DD coffee
L: cottage cheese
S: dried edamame
D: turkey & veggies
S: tea

Feeling sick with a cold today, so I'm just going to stick with whatever looks good.

S: cheese (probably won't eat it)
L: turkey chili
S: hardboiled egg
D: escarole soup
S: not sure

And lots and lots of herb tea!  Gotta flush this stupid cold OUT!
