Good Morning Everyone!
After having a rest day yesterday I did my hour on the elliptical and will be watching what I put in my mouth. My eating has been out of control so I will be deligent on my excercising and eating. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

morning Shilpa.. still jealous over your ability to stay on the elliptical for an hour.. one day...

I am not going to have time to hit the gym today,  so I am recording some things from FIT TV and I am going to try to do some yoga tonight when I get home while I am reflecting on my day.  I have only tried it one or two times, but I think I am flexible and strong enough to do it now.  I think it will help me to relax once I get used to it.

I ordered a prenatal yoga DVD yesterday and I am hoping to have it today or tomorrow to start doing that at least every other day.

One hour of Zumba today. I had thought about trying to go this morning and again tonight, but this cold is sapping my energy.

Great day at the gym today.  Saw a guy I haven't seen since high school.  He was a "Mr. Big Man on Campus" kinda guy.  Always in great shape, chiselled body, etc...  He didn't recognize me and came up and asked me to spot him on the bench press.  I said "sure, no problem".  He looked familar and when he told me his name we embraced in a hug and he couldn't believe it was me. Nothing like a wow moment at almost 4 years out.  It was pretty cool to have someone of his stature to ask ME to spot him.

Anyway, usual day at the gym.  Did a solid hour of free weights, 45 minutes of abs, back, thighs and glutes and an hour (6 miles) on the treadmill.  Been training for a while for the 10 mile Broad Street Run on May 2nd and a half marathon next summer.  Feels great to be back in shape again.
