Exercise - who's gonna MOVE IT, MOVE IT this Monday?

The exhibit is at the Constitution Center, but it's only there until Sunday and *very* hard to get tickets!

Dennis and I just got tickets to go see it on New Year's Day..I can not wait to see it. Ilove Diana stuff and was bummed thinking we would not get there but things worked out for the 1st.

Oh drats!  I can remember when she first passed away I was so upset because I felt like she is real people.  The people's princess!  She was gorgeous and I hope prince charles has a miserable life for what he did to her. 

Good evening.  Hit the gym tonight-- 15 on the arc trainer and an hour on the treadmill, followed by weights.  Have to rearrange the schedule this week since the Gym is closing early on Thursday and is closed Friday.

went to a spin class at another gym with a friend.. it whooped her ass.

I kicked it's butt!!!  I was so proud of myself for keeping up.  This instructor is brutal!! And she's 6 months pregnant!   She has taught classes at my gym so I knew I was in for it going to her class.  But, I am so glad I did because I couldn't keep up the last time I took her class and I did this time!!!!
