Sticking to the Basics - Monday
Alright all... in the aftermath of the holiday how are you all doing? I dumped something fierce on milk last night so today will be an easy on the pouch day
B: oatmeal
S: banana or cheddar cheese
L: I'm running out for soup
S: jello
D: we'll see what sounds good when I get home - maybe scrambled eggs
S: not sure yet

S: refried beans
L: veggie chili
S; coco pop with cream cheese
D: turkey meatloaf, whatever veggie I have in the cabinet
S: NSA ice cream
by the way.. the Wegman's in Allentown is now carrying the Coco Pops!!!!

Morning (well, not really)
B: Matrix shake with strawberries and bananas
S: Clementine and string cheese
L: Not sure - salad of some type probably (going out with hubby)
S: Yogurt
D: Scallops and green beans
S: SF choc pudding and light cool whip
E: Cardio - 35 minutes vigorous on the bike (kept HR at 120+ the whole time), stretching, some weights
