The Beck Book, ON SALE!

Last week,  I was on a business trip and accidentally left my copy of the Beck Diet For Life (the new one with the green cover) on Amtrak.  Last night while I was shopping in Barnes & Noble, I figured I'd pick up a new copy.  I was at the Barnes & Noble in Langhorne, PA (very close to the Oxford Valley Mall and Barix!) and they had the Beck Diet For Life in their bargain section for only $6.00!  There were quite a few copies left, so if you're thinking of getting a good book to kick off those New Year's resolutions and are feeling a little broke from the holidays (I know I sure am!), here's a chance to get a great book for cheap!

I figured this may interest a few of you, so I thought I'd pass it along.

Is that a good book for a newbie?

I'm reading the Beck book right now (6 months out) and would say that it's a good book to have on hand for a bit down the road.

The focus is on how we THINK about eating and exercise. Some good stuff in there....I found that a lot of my own misconceptions were spelled out in the first few chapters.
