Good Morning Everyone!
I just purchased a heart monitor and burned off an amazing 1200 calories this morning. Whoo Hoo! I am taking the rest of the week easy since I am going to be super busy between today and the rest of the week. SO what is everyone else doing to move today?
-Shilpa People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!
Taking Tucker to the vet for a follow up on his ear infections...that is a workout in itself! After that, if we arent late getting home, I will go to my karate class. Will probably jump on the treadmill too!
