Today is my 8 month surgiversary and I am officially in onederland!  I am now at 198lbs !  I am so excited. I cried. I never thought I would be here again. I can't even remember how long it has been since I have weighed less than 200.  I have lost a total of 143 lbs. I finally broke my 8 week stall a few weeks ago,  turns out I actually was not eating enough calories,(unintentionally) never would have thought that would be possible for me prior to WLS.
I just want to thank everyone for all of the support ,advice and friendship along the way.  You have all made this journey so much better.  I am so grateful that I found this board and all of you.  Hope that every one has a wonderful holiday season!!

Love you all !!!!

Chele,

Congratulations!  That was one of my most memorable moments, breaking the 200 mark and like you it came after a lenghty stall.  So be happy and celebrate this season with the new life you now have created with the tool you chose to help you!

Best wishes, Laureen
