I know a lot of people are traveling over the holiday so I just wanted to take a minute and wish a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS to my "other" family. You all hold a special place in my heart and have helped me to keep on successing on this life long journey.

DITTO LIZ AND ALL MY PA OH FRIENDS OUT THERE!!! I have finally caught the 'spirit' of Christmas and am ready to rock and roll with it! I was beginning to wonder if it was going to happen this year but it has.

All of you guys have been an absolute key part of my journey and many, many successes along the way - I am healthier, happier and more fit than I have ever been in my life - and I know I never would have made it this far without the support of everyone on this board. So thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
