Monday Morning Movers & Shakers

Good Morning Everyone!
I did my hour on the Elliptical and I just found out that our work is relocating to a newer bigger location with a gym on site. Whoo Hoo I am so excited that would mean I would not have to budget time in the morning to get my work out in. SO what is everyone else doing to move today?

Went to the gym and did week 4 of 5K training and followed it with Spin!

I woke up crabby/melancholy so I did some Wii Fit yoga to start my day.  Later today I'll go to the gym for Zumba.

Just returned from the gym for my usual morning class - cardio and weight training.  It felt so good to get out and exercise after being cooped up all weekend.

     Just wanted to say that I love your new avi.  Will you be at the Barix support group on 1/2?  I really have missed seeing you since you were teaching on Saturday.  Hope that the holidays are/were good for you.  Take care.

Thanks so much Donna.  I am looking forward to returning to Saturdays and yes will be there on Jan. 2.  I missed it so much.  You have a great holiday too.

It was trainer day today. We worked on upper body and did about 100 squats. Then off to the machines, where I did some hefty leg presses, and finished with walking a few laps.
