sticking to the basics - monday
I have not been true to myself lately. But I am resolved to do so now.
B Cheese sticks
S decaf with sk milk
L chili with cheese
S greek yogurt
D roast beef or chicken.... . w some vegetables (hubby is cooking)
S small banana
MUST STAY AWAY FROM COOKIES! Hubby made some mincemeat tarts ... I had two yesterday and I hate mincemeat!!!!
