L: chicken soup with a few potatoes
S: tapioca pudding
D: leftover pork chop, veal parm or soup
S: chocolate pudding

D: still debating what to take out of freezer.  Chicken probably.

I'm a terrible crabbypants today, but planning out my menu actually made me feel better! Crazy.

Here it is:

B: hot chocolate Max Protein
S: cheddar cheese
L: turkey chili
S: hard-boiled egg
D: cioppino (Italian seafood stew)
S: ricotta with SF syrup

I have not been true to myself lately.  But I am resolved to do so now.

B   Cheese sticks
S  decaf with sk milk

L  chili with cheese

S greek yogurt
D roast beef or chicken.... . w some vegetables (hubby is cooking)

S  small banana

MUST STAY AWAY FROM COOKIES!  Hubby made some mincemeat tarts ... I had two yesterday and I hate mincemeat!!!!
